Capsicum Culinary Studio embraces this innovative spirit in our Foundational Cookery Programme. Our program encourages students to  already working in the industry and those wishing to gain entry to a career in restaurant, catering and hotel kitchens.


It brings together elements of food preparation and focuses on the basic skills required to operate in the food service industry. experiment with flavors and techniques from around the world, fostering creativity and a global perspective.
